EVA foam grips provide superior comfort, grip and moisture resistance. Equipped with 3 QuikLock height adjustments to properly fit the pole to your height.
Made with a 7075 aluminum shaft (stronger than 6061 aluminum), they will hold up even in tough situations.

If you are talking about the heel cup, it is used when you go up a slope in order to put your feet straight on a slope.
To close it, you have to press it with your fingers.
