All Quebec SUP products are shipped from our warehouses in Quebec and British Columbia and that's how we make a real difference in serving all of Canada.
The Quebec SUP team will ship your package with a processing time of about 3 days. After that, the standard delivery time is 4 to 10 days for Canada.
Pre-orders
Our products are in high demand and we continue to expand our retail network day by day increasing the demand for our products.
We therefore offer the possibility to buy our products before they are ready to sell. In fact, most of our products sell out before they are even in our warehouse (in 95% of the cases)! Products will be available within the dates given on the product page and pre-order purchases will have priority over other purchases. So don't wait and reserve your paddle for the next ready batch!
Not to mention that Quebec SUP is very grateful for your trust, we are offering 10-15% off all pre-ordered equipment (prices are already reduced by this discount on the product page).
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before the product has arrived at our warehouse. Simply contact us and we will make the refund within 48 hours without question. If you don't like the product when you see it in person, you can also request a refund. When you pick up the order at our warehouse, the sale is final.
COVID19
The Quebec SUP team does its 200% to process and deliver orders on time. It must be recognized that some aspects are beyond our control. We promise to proceed and deliver as we say, but we cannot promise that the item will be delivered within the terms mentioned because of the COVID-19 situation and the logistical problems related to it. We do our best to give you the best possible estimate at all times. Thank you for your understanding!
