Our guarantees

Quebec SUP paddleboards are covered by a limited warranty of up to 3 years, as we choose quality materials and manufacturing processes to create a durable and reliable product.

The duration of the warranty is determined by the manufacturer of the product and is clearly specified on our product webpage.

If you require warranty or support for your products, simply complete the warranty claim form found here:
Eligibility of the guarantee if:
 - When you unpack your board, you notice: a manufacturing or aesthetic defect (scratches, delamination, EVA pad coming off, colour defect, etc.), a material defect (hull breakage, fin box breakage or a lack in your accessories list). All claims for manufacturing or aesthetic defects or shortcomings in the order must be reported within the first 72 hours of receipt of the package.
- Despite proper use and maintenance of the board, you still notice a manufacturing defect *You can find the link to the terms and conditions of our manufacturer's warranty at the bottom of the page.

Please note that Quebec SUP will not replace equipment that is damaged as a result of misuse, external force or accident for which Quebec SUP is not responsible. This includes, but is not limited to
- delamination due to exposure to excessive heat (direct sunlight, prolonged time in the car and/or in the transport bag)
- deterioration due to normal wear and tear
- displays aesthetic defects that are impossible to achieve with the PVC substrate
- shows signs of wear and tear due to lack of maintenance
- suffered damage as a result of air transport
- has been damaged through negligence, misuse or accident during loading, unloading, transport or handling on or off the water
- has been used for commercial purposes such as paddleboard hire and lessons - has been damaged by impact with rocks or other rigid objects
- suffered damage during paddlesurfing, wave surfing and SUP racing
- has been incorrectly repaired or modified
- has been damaged by being stored too wet, too hot or too cold (see the blog post on our website on this subject)
- has been damaged by natural disasters or accidents, such as fires, floods, etc. Of course, we really don't wish this on you.

Our team reserves the right to determine whether or not the damaged item is covered by the warranty and we process claims according to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty accepted at the time of your purchase in acceptance of our terms of service.

The warranty only applies to the first buyer. The reason? If the SUP board is misused, it can be damaged quickly or easily. In most cases, this is not a manufacturing problem, but rather a problem caused by the buyer's negligence.

If the warranty does not cover your situation, we will, where possible, provide a replacement part at the associated price.
